These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and zc777g ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://zc777g.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered therein.

User / Player

Account
A registered user profile created by completing the registration process on the Platform.
Balance
The total value of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in the Account currency.
Bonus Funds
Non-withdrawable promotional credits awarded to a User, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
Wagering Requirement

These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional policies and guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy and any specific promotion or bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.

Account Eligibility
To register and maintain an Account with zc777g, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Age Verification: zc777g takes its obligations in relation to underage gambling seriously. Where there is any doubt as to a User's age, we reserve the right to request documentary proof of age and to suspend the Account pending verification. Winnings generated by an underage User may be forfeited.

Account Registration
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple or shared accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. zc777g reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balances or winnings associated with them.
5.1 Registration Information
During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.
5.2 Account Security
You must notify zc777g immediately via the support email if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. zc777g will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
5.3 Account Currency
At registration, you will select an Account currency. Once set, the Account currency cannot be changed. Where illustrative figures are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), they are for contextual reference only and do not guarantee specific deposit or withdrawal amounts.

Deposits & Withdrawals
6.1 Deposits
All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. zc777g does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Payment method names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited for contextual familiarity only and do not imply that those providers endorse, affiliate with, or support gambling through this Platform.
6.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) AML and fraud screening; and (d) minimum withdrawal thresholds as published on the Platform. zc777g reserves the right to apply processing times of up to five (5) business days for withdrawal requests, depending on the payment method selected.
6.3 Refused Transactions

KYC & Verification
zc777g operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with applicable AML obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before a User may process their first withdrawal, and may also be requested at any other time at the Platform's discretion.
KYC verification typically requires the submission of the following documents:
- Government-issued photo identification — for example, a Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence.
- Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, showing your name and residential address.
- Proof of payment method — a photograph or screenshot of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a bank card showing only the first six and last four digits, or a screenshot of your mobile wallet account).
- Source of funds documentation — where deposits exceed a threshold determined by internal risk procedures, you may be asked to provide evidence of the lawful origin of the funds deposited.

Gameplay Rules

In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.
9.1 Game Outcomes
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the result of the relevant real-world sporting event. zc777g does not manipulate outcomes in any way and accepts no liability for decisions made in reliance on information published on the Platform.
9.2 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

9.3 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction or communication failure during a game or bet placement, the Platform reserves the right to void the relevant game round or wager and to refund the wager amount to the User's Account Balance. zc777g accepts no liability for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement:
- Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
- Providing false, inaccurate or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers or other technological tools to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
- Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities. Any suspected error must be reported to support immediately; exploiting a known error is a breach of these Terms.
- Using the Platform to launder money or finance any unlawful activity.
- Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your financial institution in respect of legitimate deposits.
- Attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation.
- Publishing, distributing or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive or otherwise unlawful via any communication channel on the Platform.
Zero Tolerance: zc777g cooperates fully with applicable law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities. Where fraudulent, criminal or money-laundering activity is detected or reasonably suspected, all relevant information — including personal data and transaction records — may be disclosed to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the User.

Intellectual Property
All Intellectual Property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to the zc777g brand name, logo, website design, software, database structure, written content, graphics and audiovisual elements — are owned by or licensed to zc777g and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: (a) copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the Platform; (b) modify, adapt or create derivative works; (c) use any data mining, scraping or extraction tools; or (d) use zc777g's Intellectual Property for any commercial purpose whatsoever.
Any unauthorised use of the Platform's Intellectual Property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark and database law.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zc777g, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses — arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zc777g makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or freedom from error or harmful components.
In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, zc777g's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall zc777g's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination
13.1 Termination by the User
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before an Account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to the standard KYC and AML procedures. Real-money balances will be returned to you via an approved payment method following verification.
13.2 Suspension or Termination by zc777g
zc777g reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms.
- zc777g is required to do so by applicable law, regulation or instruction from a competent authority.
- There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion or other prohibited conduct.
- You have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
- You have applied for self-exclusion under the Platform's Responsible Gambling policy.
- zc777g determines, in its sole discretion, that your continued use of the Platform presents unacceptable legal, reputational or commercial risk.
Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, zc777g reserves the right to forfeit any Account Balance, Bonus Funds and pending winnings associated with that Account.

Governing Law

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Clause 13.1.
